Founder of Dor Pharmaceutical Services
After leaving Pfizer, Avner established Dor Pharmaceutical Services in 2011. Under his leadership, the company grew into a leading provider of regulatory affairs and quality assurance services in Israel. He sold the company to Novolog Ltd. in 2021. Dor's current services and activities are separate from Medicalix's offering.

Avner leads client engagements personally and brings in specialist partners according to each project's needs. Clients can discuss a defined question, outsource agreed activities or arrange interim support. The scope, deliverables and responsibilities are set before the work begins.
Quality and safety experience with a clear current scope
Avner's background in quality, QP practice and pharmacovigilance informs his advisory work and the way he coordinates regulatory interfaces. Medicalix provides QA, QP and QPPV consulting, without appointed QP/QPPV roles, batch certification and release, or operational pharmacovigilance outsourcing.
