Who this service is for
For pharmaceutical teams that need an independent review of an arrangement, clearer responsibilities between providers or focused advice on quality and pharmacovigilance processes. The engagement complements the work of the people formally responsible for those activities.
Deliverables we can agree with you
- A gap review of agreed procedures, records or quality and pharmacovigilance arrangements.
- A responsibility map identifying interfaces between regulatory, quality, safety and external providers.
- Practical recommendations for procedures, documentation and escalation routes.
- A prioritized action plan for the responsible internal teams and appointed professionals.
How the work progresses
Define the review
Agree the question, documents, product scope and responsible functions before beginning the assessment.
Examine the arrangements
Review the selected evidence, identify gaps and separate advisory recommendations from decisions reserved for appointed roles.
Support improvements
Discuss the findings with your team and help translate them into agreed procedural or organizational actions.
What to prepare for an initial conversation
Provide a non-confidential outline of the issue, the roles involved and the decision or improvement you need. Detailed procedures, agreements and product records can be shared after the scope and confidentiality arrangements are settled.
Service scope
Consulting only. Medicalix does not provide appointed QP or QPPV services, QP batch certification or release, or operational pharmacovigilance outsourcing. Decisions and statutory responsibilities remain with the appropriately appointed people and organizations.
Common questions
Does Medicalix release or certify batches?
No. Medicalix can advise on batch-release readiness and related quality arrangements, but does not undertake QP batch certification or release.
Can Medicalix act as our QPPV or run our safety operations?
No. The current offering is advisory. Medicalix can review arrangements and responsibilities, while QPPV appointment and operational pharmacovigilance must be provided separately.
How is this experience relevant to regulatory work?
Registration and lifecycle work interact with quality and safety functions. Understanding those interfaces helps identify missing information, assign responsibility and coordinate a practical regulatory plan.
